[Goal]

• Lead contributions of the talented people outside Ulsan Robotics to faithful projects

 

[Ideas]
• Let the talented commit [1,2,4] hr(s)/day for > 10 wks
• Give partial/full credits for the projects (like authorship in journal publication or open source projects: written by X, Fellow, Ulsan Robotics)
• Let Fellows communicate to each other
• Let Fellows participate in planning/designing projects
• Not like contractors (for a limited period of time), but like "Fellow" (once Fellow, always Fellow)
